Professional real estate photography helps your property make a strong first impression online. Clean, bright, listing-ready images can help buyers, renters, and guests better understand the space before they schedule a showing, request more information, or book a stay.

What is the benefit of drone photography?
Drone photography helps show the full property, lot, surrounding area, waterfront access, neighborhood, and nearby amenities from a better perspective. This is especially helpful for Miami properties with pools, water views, large lots, condo buildings, luxury homes, commercial spaces, or properties near the beach.
Drone images and video can add context that ground-level photos alone cannot show.
How should I prepare my property before the appointment?
Before the appointment, please make sure the property is clean, decluttered, and ready to photograph. Open blinds and curtains, turn on all lights, turn off ceiling fans, close toilet lids, remove personal items when possible, and make sure countertops, floors, patios, balconies, and outdoor areas are tidy.
For best results, vehicles, trash cans, cleaning supplies, and loose items should be moved out of view before we arrive. If there are specific features you want highlighted, please let us know before the shoot.
Do I need to be at the property during the shoot?
You do not always need to be on-site. If the property is vacant or access has already been arranged, we can photograph the property using an approved lockbox, smart lock, building access instructions, leasing office instructions, or another authorized access method.
Please send access details ahead of time and include the full property address, unit number if applicable, parking instructions, and any gate, lobby, elevator, or building access notes.
What should be done during the appointment?
The property should be photo-ready before the scheduled appointment time. During the shoot, lights should be on, blinds open, toilet lids closed, ceiling fans off, and pets secured or removed from the property when possible.
If anyone is on-site, we may ask for help moving small items, opening access points, or confirming which rooms, views, amenities, or property features should be included.
How long does a typical real estate photography appointment take?
Appointment time depends on the size of the property and the services ordered. A basic photo shoot for a smaller condo or home may be relatively quick, while larger homes, luxury properties, drone services, Matterport, Zillow 3D tours, floor plans, and video services require more time.
If you are ordering multiple services, we will do our best to capture everything during one coordinated appointment.
How quickly will I receive my photos?
Standard edited photos are typically delivered within 1–2 business days under normal operating conditions. Larger properties, special editing requests, video, floor plans, Zillow 3D Home® tours, and Matterport 3D tours may require additional processing time.
If you have a strict listing deadline, please let us know when booking so we can confirm the best available timeline.
Do you offer same-day or rush delivery?
Rush delivery may be available depending on the schedule, property size, and services ordered. Please ask before booking if you need same-day or expedited delivery.
We always want to move quickly, but we also want to protect the quality and accuracy of the final media.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Miami weather can change quickly, especially during rainy season. Interior photos, 3D tours, and floor plans can often still be completed during light rain or cloudy weather.
For exterior photos, drone photography, twilight photography, and waterfront or skyline views, we may recommend adjusting the schedule if weather conditions would negatively affect the final results or make drone flying unsafe.
Do you offer Zillow 3D Home® tours?
Yes. Zillow 3D Home® tours are a great option for listings that need an easy-to-view interactive tour. They allow buyers and renters to move through the property online from their phone or computer.
Zillow 3D Home® tours are especially useful for rental listings, property management listings, condos, homes, and listings that need more online engagement.
What is an Official Matterport 3D tour?
An Official Matterport 3D tour is a premium interactive 3D walkthrough that lets viewers explore a property online. It can include a dollhouse-style view, room-to-room navigation, and a more immersive experience than standard photos alone.
Matterport is a strong option for luxury homes, larger properties, commercial spaces, short-term rentals, and listings where remote buyers or renters need a better sense of the layout.
Do you provide floor plans?
Yes. Floor plans help buyers, renters, and guests understand the flow, layout, and approximate room arrangement of a property. They pair well with professional photos, Zillow 3D Home® tours, Matterport tours, and rental listings.
Floor plans are especially helpful for condos, short-term rentals, property management listings, and larger homes where layout clarity matters.
Do you offer video tours or social media reels?
Yes. We offer real estate walk-through video tours and short-form video content for marketing. This can include smooth property walkthroughs, vertical social media reels, lifestyle-focused clips, and video content for agents, Airbnb hosts, and property managers.
Video is a good fit when you want to show the flow, features, views, amenities, and overall feeling of the property.

Need to schedule a meeting?
Most real estate media appointments take place at the property. Office meetings are available by appointment for larger projects, partnerships, team headshots, and planning sessions.

Our Miami office is located at 848 Brickell Avenue in the heart of Brickell, one of Miami’s main business and financial districts. The building is close to Brickell City Centre, Mary Brickell Village, Downtown Miami, and several public transit options.
The Miami Metromover is a convenient option for getting around Brickell and Downtown Miami. It is a free elevated transit system serving the Downtown, Omni, and Brickell areas.
For our office, use the Eighth Street / Brickell City Centre Metromover Station or another nearby Brickell stop, then walk toward 848 Brickell Avenue. The 848 Brickell building site specifically references the 8th Street Metromover Station as a nearby transit point.
Take Metrorail to Brickell Station, then connect to the free Metromover or walk/ride a short distance to the office. Miami’s transit information notes that Metrorail connects with Metromover at Brickell and Government Center, making it a practical option for visitors coming from other parts of Miami-Dade County or Miami International Airport.
848 Brickell Avenue is located on Brickell Avenue near SW 8th Street / SE 8th Street. If you are driving, enter 848 Brickell Ave, Miami, FL 33131 into your GPS or maps app.
From I-95, exit toward Brickell / Downtown Miami and follow signs toward Brickell Avenue. Please allow extra time for traffic, especially during morning and afternoon rush hours. The building lists on-site parking availability, and nearby public parking options are also available throughout Brickell.
Brickell is bike-friendly in many areas, and Citi Bike Miami operates throughout Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown, Edgewater, and Brickell. You can use the Citi Bike Miami app to find nearby bikes and docking stations.
If you are biking to the office, plan your route ahead of time and use marked bike lanes or quieter streets when possible. Please check the nearest available dock before ending your ride.
